If you are IT savvy or have good IT resources in house, then the self-managed option may work for you. If not, choose our managed service to maximize your business efficiency and lower the total operating cost. Our staff is trained to access your information only when needed and will keep your database secure and confidential at all time. Automatic daily and weekly backups are done for the current month.
All of our support is provided online via our helpdesk. You can write in English, Malay, or Chinese. This practice is to ensure that all issues are tracked and resolved properly. Multiple engineers may be needed to work on a ticket, documentation in helpdesk ticket allows them to receive the information in a timely manner. You can also track and get notified of the progress.
